Can I return the product?

The cargo cannot be returned unless it has not been shipped from the factory or the product has been determined by both parties to have serious quality problems that make it unusable.

What is the difference between LiFePO4 and NCM lithium batteries?

LiFePO4 batteries offer higher safety, longer cycle life, and better thermal stability, making them ideal for energy storage systems, marine applications, and industrial equipment. NCM batteries provide higher energy density and lighter weight, which are commonly preferred for electric vehicles and applications requiring compact battery designs.


How long does a lithium-ion battery typically last?

The lifespan of a lithium-ion battery depends on battery chemistry, operating conditions, and charging habits. Most high-quality lithium battery packs can last between 3,000 and 6,000 charge cycles, which usually translates to 8–15 years of service life in energy storage and industrial applications.

Can your lithium battery packs be customized for different applications?

Yes. We provide OEM and ODM lithium battery solutions based on customer requirements, including customized voltage, capacity, dimensions, communication protocols, BMS functions, and enclosure designs. Our engineering team supports applications such as ESS, marine systems, forklifts, AGVs, commercial vehicles, and solar energy storage.

What certifications do your lithium batteries have?

Our lithium battery products comply with multiple international standards and certifications, including UN38.3, IEC62619, UL1973, CE, and other application-specific certifications. Some battery systems can also meet marine and automotive standards such as DNV and ECE-R100 depending on project requirements.

Are lithium batteries safer than lead-acid batteries?

Modern lithium batteries equipped with an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) are generally safer and more efficient than traditional lead-acid batteries. They offer better temperature control, overcharge protection, deeper discharge capability, faster charging, and significantly longer service life while reducing maintenance requirements.
